When most adults think about exercise, they imagine working out in the gym, running on a treadmill, or lifting weights. But for kids of all ages, exercise means playing and being physically active. 

 

Unfortunately they are often left their own devices to develop the correct movement patterns and strength. This can not only slow down their ability to learn various shapes and technical necessities for cricket, but actually have long lasting effects in later life.
